Wharton MBA students completed the Negotiation Challenge project as announced in Professor Grant’s classroom last week. The project, spanning 16 days, was devised to help develop students’ leadership, motivation, and influence skills. Students were divided into 12 teams and each team was responsible for negotiating donations to Make-A-Wish Foundation in support of children’s wishes. The entire project raised $17,000+ and the winning students pictured in the photo raised over $11,000 of that total. Thank You Wharton students for a job well done.
