Shauna, a sophomore at Warwick HS, sold fudge as part of a church project and raised $285.20 for Make-A-Wish!

Garnet Valley Middle School raised almost $700 for our Kids for Wish Kids Program during their 2nd Annual bake sale. Thank you!

Lititz Academy of Dance held their annual A Season for Wishes, filled with great performances, great food and a great auction! They raised an astounding $19,378.88!

Very special thank you to the Nazareth Academy Grade School and the Gregory family. They put together a wonderful fundraiser decorating stars hung around the school and raised almost $1000!

Very big thank you to Rebecca Bolmer! She raised $1,200 for us through a Monte Carlo Night at Adventure Land Day Camp! You rock!
Bensalem High School did an amazing job this past weekend! They held a Walk for Wishes and raised $921! Thank you!

Very special thank you to Charles F Patton Middle School for hosting the 2nd Annual Dogeball tournament to benefit MAW. Combined with their generous student council they raised over $3000!!!

Jordan Fromm came into our office to present Dennis Heron with a check from the 2nd annual Shutout for Kids. Jordan raises money every season through his hockey league! He has already doubled the donation this year to over $5000!!! Amazing work Jordan! thank you!

Thank you to Boyertown Junior High East! They held their annual Bear-A-Thon to benefit MAW and raised over $6,500! They made Nora’s wish come true to go to Disney and created beautiful paintings for her to have!

B.A.S.E. in Bensalem raised over $3000 for our wish kids! They had a Glow in the Dark Dance! Thank you to the kids, teachers and everyone involved!

Our thanks to the 7th grade girls of St. Stan’s for holding a lemonade stand sale to benefit Make-A-Wish!

Allyson Marshall raised over $600 for us through her Senior Project fundraiser. She organized through a Salon a “beautiful Length” drive. As well as donating money she also was able to donate hair to people who are in need of wigs. Great job Allyson!

Loomis Elementary participated in “The Caring Quilts”. This is the 15th year of their community service project. The project begins each year when each classroom is given materials to design a 16 square quilt. Every child in the class participatesin the process to make their masterpiece. The completed quilts are donated to Make-A-Wish Foundation to provide to children. Thank You Loomis Elementary.

Wissahickon High School did an amazing job with their Volley Ball Tournament to benefit MAW. Special thank you to Holly Moffett who worked with us for her Senior Project!

A special thank you to Tinicum Elementary School. They held a talent show and raised over $3,000 to help grant Austin’s Wish!

Once again, Jolly Tots of Southampton participated in our Annual Bunny Hop! They did an amazing job hopping for wishes! Thank you all so much for your continued support!
Upper Darby High School business students published a cookbook and presented the proceeds to Make-a-Wish Foundation at the February school board meeting. The students, in Tom Mahoney’s entrepreneurial classes, published the cookbook to benefit the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Thank you for your hard work!

Upper Merion Aquatic Club (Marlins) raised an incredible $5000 for the 7th year in a row. Every year they go above and beyond for our kids hosting a “Lap-a-Thon” and collecting pledges. Thank you all so much!

Rachel and Kelly of Central Bucks Middle School came to our office to give a donation. Rachel raised money for our chapter through her Mitzvah project. She sold Yankee candles to friends and family.

Representatives of Flag Football for Kids came to the office to present a check of $1500. FFK is a state-licensed non-profit organization founded in Philadelphia by medical students from the University of PA School of medicine. They are based on the tenets of promoting lifelong fitness, sportsmanship and charity. FFK has been around for several years and raised money for many different causes but in October they had their biggest event yet to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation!!! Thank you to everyone that participated!
Hailey and Makayla, along with a group of friends raised over $1600 through a Lemonade Stand! They held the fundraiser on a hot day in August in Doylestown and the whole community came out to support them! Thank you all so much for your hard work and support of our mission!

Boyertown Junior High East held their annual Bear-a-thon to raise more then $5000 for a local child’s wish to go to Disney. Special thanks to Jennifer Young & Maureen Garvey (teacher and student council advisors), Dr. Betts (Boyertown Superintendent), Andy Ruppert (Principal), Craig Kehl (Vice-Principal), Bryan Rolli, Travis Poley, Rachel Yednock, Nick McMenamin (Student Council Officers) and Emily Stafford, the 9th grade student who rendered a picture/painting of the sponsored child!

The Immaculata University Student Athletic Advisory Committee hosted the Volley-a-Wish All Night Tournament to raise funds for Make-A-Wish Foundation®. Thank you for your generous support!

Loomis Elementary school each year makes beautiful quilts for our wish kids for when they travel. Each quilt is unique and sewed with love. Thank you to everyone who puts these special gifts together!

Tina Argiris and her daughter Irene Argiris, owner of Famous George’s Pizzeria, King of Prussia, donated the spaghetti and meatball dinner for the Upper Merion Aquatic Club swimmers the last 2 years. Tina and Family - our deep thanks to you all for your continued support. Also in the photo, is the 2011 Lap-a-thon Co-Chair, Amy Czarkowski, and her daughter Betsy. The Andrisani family (Alexa, Olivia, Sophia, and mom Allyson) and friends (Riley, Megan and Mackenzie) visited the office to drop off approximately $19,000 in donations from their annual “Christmas Caroling for Kids” fundraiser. This amazing effort began in 2006 with Olivia asking her parents how she could help make kids’ dreams come true. Thanks to their loyal and dedicated support, more than $55,000 has been raised to support children’s wishes.

Perkiomen Valley Girls basketball team raised $500 throughout their season. Taylor is in 4th grade and her big sister is on the team. During the games she went around working faithfully asking for donations!

CVCA Flourtown Neighborhood Center did a fundraiser over the holidays making wreathes out of candy.
